The Rector of Carpathian University participated in an event on education quality issues

The rector of  Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, Valentyna Yakubiv, took part in the event “Results of Institutional Audits – 2025: Regional Dialogue on the Quality of Education, organized by the Department of the State Education Quality Service in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The event was held with the participation of the Head of the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine, Ruslan Hurak, and brought together representatives of educational institutions, local governments, expert circles, and regional educational managers.

Participants in the regional dialogue discussed the results of institutional audits conducted in 2025, current challenges in ensuring the quality of education, and ways to improve internal quality assurance systems in educational institutions.

Valentyna Yakubiv emphasised in her speech that the quality of education is always about the interaction of the student, the teacher, and the educational environment. But at the same time, it is also about trust – trust between all participants in the educational process. Without it, no standards or procedures work fully.

During the meeting, attention was focused on the importance of partnerships among educational institutions, state institutions, and communities to create a modern educational environment that meets the needs of students and society.

The university’s participation in such professional events contributes to strengthening cooperation in educational policy, implementing best practices to ensure the quality of education, and developing the academic environment in line with modern challenges and standards.
