
On April 22, representatives of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University participated in the round table “Business and Education in Energy: Challenges, Personnel, Partnerships, organized by Prykarpatenergotrade.
The event aimed to establish effective dialogue between higher education institutions and representatives of the energy industry, as well as to develop joint approaches to training industry specialists.
During the discussion, participants focused on the current challenges in the energy sector labour market, the role of universities in developing modern professional competencies, and the prospects for expanding cooperation between education and business.
Particular attention was paid to the development of practice-oriented training, the organisation of student internships, and the implementation of joint educational and applied projects.
Representatives of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and King Danylo University also joined the discussion. Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University was represented at the event by Tetyana Mykytyn, Head of the Human Resources Department.
