The executive secretary of the organising committee is Shurpa Svitlana Yaroslavivna, a candidate of economic sciences and associate professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.
REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGN AND SUBMISSION OF ADVERTISEMENTS
1) To participate in the all-Ukrainian competition “Ivano-Frankivsk Advertising Festival”
You must fill out the registration application form:
This form is to be filled out in Ukrainian. The participant’s completed form automatically signifies their agreement to comply with all of these requirements. Advertisements without a completed registration form will not be accepted for participation in the competition.
3) The electronic version of the advertisement is sent to the email address:
festival.reklama.if@gmail.com
4) There is no limit to the number of promotional works submitted by one participant (or team). However, it is not recommended that participants submit more than 5 works in a single thematic area.
5) The name of the thematic direction and the surname of the first participant (Printed advertising_Ivanenko) must be indicated in the file name of the advertising work. After the surname, the advertisement number is indicated if several are submitted under one thematic direction.
6) The competition is held in 1 stage. The first stage is an in-person competition, during which participants submit their works to the organising committee’s address. The deadline for submitting works is May 3, 2026. After this deadline, advertising works are not allowed to participate in the competition. The results of the competition will be announced on May 7.
7) Participants guarantee their own authorship, compliance with the copyright for advertising works sent to the organising committee, and the principles of academic integrity.
The winners of the competition have the right to use their awards to advertise and promote the results of their own creativity.
