Today, the rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, Valentyna Yakubiv, met with the director of the charitable organisation “Charitable Foundation “Common Space” Taras Boychuk. The meeting was also attended by Bohdan Boychuk, professor of the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts and Restoration of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Arts of the KNUVS.
The parties discussed areas of future collaboration and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
The goal of this document is to develop a partnership focused on the psychological, emotional, and social rehabilitation of veterans, their families, and civilians — through creativity, artistic practices, and family interaction in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The parties also agreed on the possibility of jointly planning, creating and implementing new programs, events, services and initiatives in the future.
For the university, such cooperation is a crucial step in fostering social and cultural interaction with the community, supporting veterans and their families, and introducing innovative artistic practices into the educational process.
