Today, Valentyna Yakubiv, the first vice-rector and rector-elect of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, visited the Lviv Polytechnic National University.
During the meeting with the rector, Professor Natalia Shakhovska, a meaningful conversation took place about modern challenges and features of university management in times of transformation. Key areas of university management development, digitalisation, change management, and enhancing the efficiency of scientific and project activities were discussed.
Special attention is paid to the experience of implementing innovative approaches to administration and communication in the academic environment.
The parties also outlined the next steps in their cooperation between the universities, primarily in the context of exchanging experiences in organising management processes, as well as joint initiatives in the fields of science, education, and international projects.
Valentyna Yakubiv expressed her sincere gratitude to Ms Natalia Shakhovska for the warm welcome, fruitful discussion, and openness to partnership.
It is such meetings that contribute to the formation of a unified educational space based on trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision for the development of Ukrainian higher education.
