STEFANYK FEST was held at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University – an outdoor event for first-year students , which became a bright start to their student life.
About 100 students , representatives of the University’s leadership, organizers, and partners joined a busy day full of new acquaintances, team interaction, activities, and positive emotions.
STEFANYK FEST was organized on the initiative of Valentyna Yakubiv, the rector of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, and with the assistance of partners – the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council and the Dniester Regional Landscape Park.
The field trip format allowed freshmen to get to know each other outside the usual university environment, communicate, form teams, and feel like part of a large university community.
The festival program combined educational, sports and entertainment activities . Students took part in excursions, large-scale flash mobs, team challenges and other activities. There was also music, sincere communication and, of course, joint photos that will preserve the atmosphere of this day.
Rector Valentyna Yakubiv , addressing the participants, emphasized the importance of such events for the formation of the university community. According to her, student life is not only about studying and acquiring professional knowledge, but also about finding friends, implementing your own ideas, working in a team, and developing outside the classroom.
“Such events help our students feel like part of the University, get to know each other, find like-minded people, and create memories that will stay with them throughout their years of study. We want the first steps in university life to be not only successful, but also bright and unforgettable,” noted Valentyna Yakubiv.
STEFANYK FEST became an opportunity for freshmen to take the first step towards new acquaintances, teamwork, and an active student life.
Ahead are studies, new challenges, projects, discoveries, and many student stories. And the first of them has already begun at STEFANYK FEST .
