
Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Centre for Advanced Training. The signing was attended by the university rector, Valentyna Yakubiv; the Centre director, Lyubomyr Slobodyan; the deputy director, Halyna Basarab; and the head of the stakeholder relations department, Tetyana Mykytyn.
The memorandum provides for the development of a strategic partnership to improve the quality of specialist training and strengthen the practical component of the educational process.
Key areas of cooperation:
— combining the powerful academic potential of the university with the practical base of the Centre to ensure high-quality training and advanced training of specialists;
— development of relevant educational programs and in demand on the labour market with an emphasis on modern adult education methods;
— organisation of educational and industrial practice for students at the Centre, with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the work of the public sector;
— joint development of the content of educational programs, methodological support, improvement of the quality of teaching, as well as conducting scientific and practical events – seminars, trainings, workshops;
— creating conditions for conducting practical classes using real cases, ensuring organisational support for students, and providing feedback for continuous improvement of educational programs.
The signing of the memorandum opens new opportunities for effective interaction between education and practice, contributing to the training of competitive specialists and to the region’s development.
