Adaptation to the environment is an integral part of our institution’s corporate culture. Another “Adaptation Session for New Employees” organised by the Human Resources Department was held at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.
It is extremely important for the university that every new colleague feels supported and confident from the first day of work. We strive to create an environment where new employees not only quickly adapt to work processes but also feel part of a larger university community.
During the orientation session, participants received comprehensive information about the university’s activities, its organisational structure, work processes, and the digital platforms used in daily operations. Special attention was paid to familiarising themselves with the university’s corporate culture, the principles of team interaction, and the values that shape our joint work.
Each participant also received an adaptation map – a practical guide for the first steps in the professional environment of the university, as well as branded products with the university logo for daily use. The university is convinced that successful employee adaptation is the basis for effective teamwork and the sustainable development of the institution. Because our principle remains unchanged: People are the highest value of the University.
