The training consisted of four sessions that covered key aspects of modern academic management: the role of the university in the context of social transformations; strategising in uncertainty; personnel management and team development; and internal and external communication.

The final stage of the program was the presentation of team projects, during which participants presented their developed management ideas and proposals for developing their units.

The practical result of the training was the launch of internal grant support.

Based on the final presentations, the winning team was selected, and the first internal grant of UAH 10,000 was awarded to implement the project of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute.

The project’s implementation aims to improve educational, scientific, and innovative activities, develop the academic community, enhance the quality of teaching, and attract new ideas.
