Today, January 21, the rector of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University, Valentyna Yakubiv, held a meeting with the executive director of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional branch of the Association of Cities of Ukraine, Yuriy Stefanchuk, and the village head of the Dolynsk City Council, Ivan Dyriv.
During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of further cooperation and signed a memorandum of partnership.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Zhuk, and project manager of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, Svitlana Ivasyshyn, also joined the discussion.
The signing of the memorandum was another critical step in expanding the partner network of the “Community Creator” project, which unites communities around shared values - active youth participation and strengthening the capacity of local governments.
The participation of the Dolyna community opens new opportunities for exchanging experiences, implementing joint educational and practical initiatives, and actively involving youth in local decision-making processes.
